To connect to your Google Drive, Amazon S3, Dropbox or WebDAV Cloud Storage you select the Launch Login menu item within the DAO4Sync Drive tray icon menu.
It will launch for Google Drive™ and Dropbox an OAuth 2.0 based authorization process. The OAuth 2.0 based login is the Google Drive™ and Dropbox referred way to authenticate the user. We as a service provider will only work with an OAuth given access token; we do not know your login email address and your password.
For Amazon S3 you have to type in a Access Key ID and a Secret Access Key.
For WebDAV a corresponding user name and password and the URL of the WebDAV server.
When you connected successfully you see a tray notification about the connected user or display name.
Configure the Logon Behavior
When you successfully connected to Google Drive, Amazon S3, Dropbox or WebDAV, you will be ask about a possible logon behavior.
1. You can auto connect to your Cloud Storage every time the DAO4Sync Drive application will start.
2. You can be always ask for your credentials respectively launch the OAuth2 based authorization process.
